Veevum A/D is a unique ambient/cinematic instrument, part of the growing VEEVUM series, specifically designed for modern producers and composers. It features a “honeycomb style” interface, allowing users to focus more on listening to sounds rather than scrolling through lists of names.

The instrument includes 100 sound sources from analog and digital synth recordings, providing rich pads, atmospheres, noise randomizations, and sparse note performances. These sounds can be selected or randomized using Veevum’s “honeycomb” interface, making sound exploration intuitive and efficient. Users can filter sound sources based on categories specific to each instrument or randomize the entire patch.

Key Features:

Arpeggiator and Step Effects: The arpeggiator works with random playing modes, generating dynamic sequences and triggering different sounds with each note. Step volume and step filter effects provide further control over the sound.
Ornamento Engine: Adds extra notes based on predefined intervals, great for enhancing arpeggiations or sustaining pads. These notes can be quantized using the Scale Manager to ensure they remain in key.
Playing Modes: Sounds can be played in several modes: Random (selecting a different sound per note), Full Stack (all sources play simultaneously), and Spread Stack (distributing sound sources across the keyboard).
Convolution Effects: The Convolver comes with unique impulse responses that can transform the sound, and Random FX activates specific effects on certain notes.
Additional Effects: Includes Portamento, Unison (up to 8 voices), Pitch LFOs, Volume AHDSR, Delay, Reverb, Phaser, Rotator, and Stereo Widener.
